Assessment and Reporting are two important elements in learning and teaching at St Elizabeth's.
Assessment:
We use a range of formative and summative monitoring and assessment techniques to measure each child's learning including:
- Work samples
- Student/teacher consultation
- Anecdotal observations
Reporting
Your child’s progress is reported both informally and formally.
Report Cards are issued at the end of each semester. These have been designed to meet government regulations. Formal teacher interviews are held twice yearly.
Parent's are welcome to discuss their child’s progress with the class teacher at any stage of the year. We recommend that you make an appointment to ensure teacher availability.
